TRAVEL UPDATE: Coronavirus (COVID-19) travel impacts

UPDATED 02 DECEMBER 2021:

Travel restrictions and guidance

All customers booking travel must ensure you meet the current COVID19 travel regulations and advisories for your departure point, destination, and any transit points prior to booking. This includes border declarations, testing and quarantine requirements.

International Travel

To ensure you have the most up-to-date information we encourage you to visit SmartTraveller for general travel advice and the latest alert levels in relation to international destinations along with visiting Department of Home Affairs for the current status and updates in relation to Australia’s immigration and border arrangements.

Vaccination Status

For those travelling both internationally and domestically within Australia, it is the travellers responsibility to familiarise yourself with vaccination regulations for both travel (flights and transport) along with accommodation along with requirements for face masks and PCR Testing results.

Whilst our call centre team are more than happy to discuss any questions you may have around accommodation policies and travel guidelines, all customers must acknowledge when booking, that it is your own responsibility to acquaint yourself with all relevant travel information, including applicable health risks including those relating to COVID19. You acknowledge that your decision to travel is made based on your own consideration of this information, and you acknowledge and agree that you are aware of, and assume responsibility for, the risks associated with traveling at this time. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability in relation to these additional risks.
